What Do Our Direct Cremation Services Include?
Within our unattended cremation services, we will collect your loved one a few days prior to the cremation, and transport them to our specialist facilities where they will be exquisitely cared for by our specialist team.
On the day of cremation, we will take your loved one to the selected crematorium in our private ambulance. Accompanied by a chapel attendant, the cremation will take place without a ceremony and with no family or friends present. We will however wait in attendance to ensure that everything runs smoothly and with respect.
Once your loved one's ashes are ready for collection, we can arrange for these to be scattered by ourselves in the garden of remembrance, or returned to you upon request, at an additional cost.

Will there be any other costs?
Our packages are specifically designed to cover all cremation fees required. However additional urns or specialist items can be purchased in addition to the current packages - but these are optional.
How long does the process take?
Usually the process takes 14 days from the time you instruct us as to which package you would like to proceed with. However this can sometimes differ and end up being quicker or slightly longer depending on various factors, including the coroner's office, and the schedules of the crematoriums that we work with.
