How can you help? What is the process?

It all starts with a call to our friendly, dedicated team, where we can talk through our packages and what services are offered for your loved one. We'll then lay out the costs, and send out confirmation documentation to be signed by the next of kin. 

Depending on the package that you've chosen, we will either arrange the cremation ourselves or mutually agree a date and location for the cremation to take place. You will be kept informed at every step of the process, because we hold honesty and transparency at the core of our services.

A few days prior to the arranged date, we will then take your loved one into our care and they will be transported in one of our specialist vehicles to the crematorium.

Depending on your preference, your loved one's ashes are either scattered in the crematorium's garden of remembrance or they will be returned to you; at no additional cost. 

Will there be any other costs?

Our packages are specifically designed to cover all cremation fees required. However additional urns or specialist items can be purchased in addition to the current packages - but these are optional.

What are the benefits of having a direct / simple cremation service?

Our services are designed to meet the requirements of each family as individuals, because we know that everyone wants different things and sometimes the traditional route of funeral services offered by funeral homes is not desired or accessible. 

Having a direct or simple cremation removes the additional expense of traditional funeral homes, as we do not have to include the brick and mortar costs, commission or upselling additions for staff, nor do we pay for expensive funeral vehicles. 

We provide professional, respectful services that are of the same quality as you would expect from a traditional funeral director, just without the additional expense.

Where are you located?

We are based in Southend-on-Sea, but are able to cover the whole of the UK by utilising our business partnerships and large network of relations. This way we can bring our services to your family wherever you are.

How long does the process take?

Usually the process takes 14 days from the time you instruct us as to which package you would like to proceed with. However this can sometimes differ and end up being quicker or slightly longer depending on various factors, including the coroner's office, and the schedules of the crematoriums that we work with.
